On the Englishman

I completed this painting a few weeks ago but ended up distracted by the crows and did not get around to posting this at the time.  We found this spot while on a walk down a trail along the Englishman River.

Here come the Crows - - Again!

I'm still not sure what makes me like the crows so much but this was a painting I just had to do.  My son Andre came up with the name, Mass Murder.  Appropriate don't you think.

The crows were just coming to settle in at the end of the day in a large mostly dead tree on the Englishman River Estuary near Parksville, BC  The painting is an Acrylic on Stretched canvas and is 24" X 30" in size.
